The 2nd and 3rd graders wrote a short paragraph describing their monster from head
to toe. Then, each student used Paint to draw their own monster from
the description. Next, the two classes traded descriptions and tried to
draw each other's monsters.

his monster:
Cuchy
My monster’s hair is orange
and curly. Its face is a hexagon
and it is yellow. Its belly is a
black oval. Its arm’s are spikes.
Its neck is a chain. Its legs are
human legs. My monster likes
dogs. Its toes are scorpions.
