SCHOOL RECEIVES THE “JEFFERSON AWARD” FOR THE THIRD YEAR IN A ROW: We are proud to announce that our school
has been awarded the “Jefferson Award” for the third year in a row from the
Mayerson Service Learning Initiative – Children’s Inc. for last school year (2015-16). In order to earn the award 70% or more of their student body (St. Clement
had 100% of students involved) actively investigated and planned service
learning projects to address real needs in locally and globally by applying
knowledge and skills learned in school. Students and teachers also reflected
upon the impact they have made in the community and evaluated the value and
outcomes as part of their studies. St. Clement School was one of the only Catholic elementary schools in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati to receive the
award this year. Congratulations to our
outstanding faculty on a job well done! The award plaque will be displayed in our
school entry hallway.
